Aloe honey
Aloe greatheadii var. davyana
Honey from the winter flowers of Aloe davyana, which grows on the grassland plains of north-eastern South Africa. It is very pale, almost colourless, and its high glucose content makes it granulate quickly into a fine, creamy paste.
