Wenchi volcano honey
Hagenia abyssinica, Erica arborea
Yellow-amber honey from around the volcanic crater of Wenchi, west of Addis Ababa, where bees forage mainly on kosso and tree heather. It has a very fine texture and an intensely floral aroma.
